- 1 to 2 packages 5.3 oz garlic and fine herbs Boursin spread
- 1 ½ cups Grapes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Honey
- Honey roasted pecans
ingredient information:
- Boursin cheese: There are several flavors to choose from for this soft, creamy cheese. Any flavor will work for this recipe, but we chose the garlic and fine herbs. You can use one, but we wanted to the dip to go a little farther and went with 2. For a party, you might want to buy it by the case.
- Grapes: Any grapes will work for this recipe We chose red grapes for the color contrast.
- Honey roasted pecans: We chose to skip the prep and buy our honey roasted pecans HERE. It’s a big enough bag to use for several recipes. But if you enjoy the process and want to make your own, this recipe from Cooking with Carlee is just the thing.
- Olive oil: We favor using extra virgin olive oil in our recipes for its rich flavor. This ingredient is a staple in Mediterranean food. For this recipe, you can replace it with grapeseed or avocado oil if desired.
- Honey: We love using local honey from the farmer’s market when it’s available, but we live in PA where the farmer’s markers are seasonal. So just grab whatever’s at the grocery store. To top off your dip, you can also opt for hot honey instead.
instructions:
Stick around to the end, and I’ll tell you how to make the perfect dipper to pair with this recipe.

- Place the grapes on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

- On a small platter or plate, spread the Boursin cheese evenly.
- Top the Boursin with the roasted grapes.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Optional: garnish with honey roasted or toasted pecans.

my recipe tips
- Change up the fruit: You can change out the grapes in this recipe for blueberries or pitted cherries. Each, when roasted, has a similar sweet and juicy flavor. Follow the recipe as written, just swapping out one fruit for another. If using blueberries, you can reduce the time in the oven.
- Make it savory: To make this a more savory dip, switch out the grapes for roasted cherry tomatoes. Follow the recipe as written, just swapping out the grapes for cherry tomatoes. I would also add a bit of minced garlic prior to roasting.

🍽️ serving ideas
There are lots of things that you can dip into this delicious Boursin & roasted grapes dip, but our favorite is some toasted crusty garlic bread. I have the perfect recipe that you can check out HERE. You can also just use chunks of rustic bread, crackers, store made toasties, bagel chips or even tortilla chips.
If you’re having a get together with lots of appetizers, this dip recipe is great alongside this salted caramel dip and this charcuterie dip. Then there will be a little something for everyone.
make it a DATE NIGHT DIP
This is the kind of dip that I like to create for a cozy night in with the hubby. It goes together quickly and easily. Plus, the serving size is small, and it’s a light dip that we can enjoy without guilt that we’ll regret the calories the next day. Pair it with your favorite drink, like the super fun dirty sodas and other amazing mixed drinks over on Instagram with @ashleylaurentassano. Add a good movie, and you have the perfect date night in.

recipe notes
- Tips: Check out my recipe tips above to help you get the best results for this super yummy dip.
- Storage: Keep leftovers (if you even have any) covered in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. I don’t recommend freezing this dip, as it may affect the texture.
- Dip prep: I don’t recommend preparing this dip ahead of time. It’s just best when served fresh with the Boursin cold and the grapes warm and bursting with flavor.
- Reheat: This dip cannot be reheated, but the leftovers can be eaten cold later. (Though it’s not nearly as good.)
